FORM VAT 16 UNDER PUNJAB VAT ACT

upto 20th MARCH, 2009

FILE YOUR VAT STATEMENT  FOR THE MONTH of FEBRUARY, 2009 IN FORM VAT16 IF PAYMENT OF VAT IS TO BE MADE BY CROSSED CHEQUE OR CROSSED BANK DRAFT

 

 

VAT FORM 16 IS APPLICABLE ON THOSE DEALERS WHOSE ANNUAL GROSS TURNOVER FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2007-08 IS MORE THAN RUPEES ONE CRORE. WITH THIS FORM CROSSED BANK DRAFT OR CROSSED CHEQUE SHOULD BE ATTACHED.

 

 

 

Important information - If there is holiday on the last day of the obligation, then the next working day shall be considered as the last day for fulfilling that obligation.
